We take pride in providing fresh, high quality bakery products. Due to the nature of our products, refunds are handled as follows.
Fresh Food Items
Because our products are perishable, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Custom Orders
Custom made cakes and special orders cannot be refunded once preparation has started.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within a limited time before preparation begins. Once baking or preparation starts, cancellation may not be possible.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
